What should I know before adding special instructions to an order note?
Confirm that the note appears in the final summary if shown. Do not assume free-text instructions are accepted automatically by the system.
How can I check an existing order's status without submitting another purchase?
Look for the existing order in the purchase channel's order history. Look at the latest message rather than relying on an older status notification.
What should I do if I gave support incorrect information?
Send a correction through the existing support conversation promptly. Avoid creating another order to compensate for a communication mistake.
