Description
Sebastien Dampt, Chablis Vintage:2020 the substantial tannins will require the 2010 The Pinnacle the substantial tannins will require at least five years of patience This is already drinking well though it should also reward mid term aging There is an interesting mouthfeel to the middle weight flavors that are at once caressing but quite punchy while the sneaky long finish almost disappears and then returns as it sits on the palate While this would benefit from having a bit more depth
